Job Summary
Assist doctors with endoscopic procedures by answering patient questions, observing vital signs, and administering necessary medications. Perform pre-procedure assessments by reviewing patient information, including history and physicals, medications, and allergies. Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for each procedure. Monitor patient recovery post-procedure by observing vital signs and collaborating with the healthcare team. Work a 4x10 day shift schedule.
