Travel EMT: Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor for Travel EMT role leading and coordinating travel-based clinical teams. Responsibilities include leading and coaching staff, onboarding and mentorship, payroll reconciliation support, ensuring adequate crew coverage, coordinating with dispatch and client supervisors, maintaining compliance with protocols, documenting patient care reports and timesheets, and maintaining field operations quality and safety. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage high-pressure patient care environments, and capability to work autonomously as well as with teams. May involve performing clinical duties as a traveling clinician in addition to supervisory duties.
