Travel Emergency Room RN in Harrison Township, New Jersey

Emergency Room RN responsible for documenting present symptomology and patient history, coordinating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include triage, assisting physicians with exams/diagnostic tests/treatments, and preparing/administering/recording prescribed medications during 4x12 night shifts. Must work closely with physicians and other team members to ensure timely and effective patient care.
