Travel ED Charge Nurse

Oversee ED operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Manage staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments while supervising, coaching, and supporting staff development. Assist with performance management and HR activities, monitor supplies and equipment, coordinate patient flow, and round with patients and families to support a positive experience. Provide direct patient care when needed to maintain safe staffing levels. Address patient care concerns and escalate issues as required. This 12-week assignment includes a $3/hour differential on top of base pay, with shifts available in days and nights at award-winning hospital partners across the nation.
