Travel ED Charge Nurse

Oversee ED operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Manage staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments while supervising, coaching, and supporting staff development. Assist with performance management and HR activities, monitor supplies and unit readiness, and coordinate patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges. Round with patients and families to support a positive experience, providing direct patient care when needed to maintain safe staffing levels. Address patient care concerns and escalate issues as required. This 12-week assignment offers up to $2,067 gross weekly pay with a $3/hour differential for days and nights shifts in Lewiston, Maine.
