Job Summary
Travel Director of Nursing leads the nursing team in a Long-Term Care facility, overseeing clinical management, regulatory compliance, and staff performance to ensure high-quality resident care. Requires an active Montana RN license with 3–5 years of nursing leadership in LTC or skilled nursing, strong knowledge of LTC regulations and survey processes, proven leadership and communication skills, EHR experience, and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). The role is based in Livingston, MT and involves on-site leadership of the nursing department.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana
- Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of LTC regulations, survey processes, and compliance standards
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
