Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and up to 30% adult population using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Manage an office flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while participating in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration. Sign on bonus available for eligible candidates. Full-time providers receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA/FSA, short and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan. Paid holidays, time off, and continuing education reimbursements are included, along with coverage for licenses, certifications, and professional dues. VISA and Green Card sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
