Travel CVOR RN

CVOR Travel RN position in Bellevue, WA for a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities include providing direct and indirect perioperative nursing care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, ensuring sterile equipment and supplies, patient positioning and draping, coordinating handoffs to the recovery team, and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes. Must maintain proficiency in cardiovascular/cardiothoracic procedures, prepare the OR for procedures, assemble equipment and implants, follow Universal Protocol and timeouts, document specimens, manage post-surgical care, and adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Required skills include critical thinking, strong communication, reading/writing in English, and the ability to handle equipment, patient movement, and high-stress environments. Options for ACLS certification are preferred. Other duties as assigned.
