Job Summary
ICU CVICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Morristown, NJ. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating and troubleshooting life-support equipment, administering complex medications and treatments, documenting care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Requirements include one year of CVICU RN experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN/TNCC/NIHSS are preferred. Strong critical care skills, clinical judgment, communication, infection control, and commitment to patient safety are essential. Travel benefits and competitive-pay package offered.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CVICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications
- Preferred qualifications: CCRN certification, TNCC, NIHSS
