Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the CVICU, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in condition. Administer complex medications and operate advanced life support equipment while interpreting hemodynamic monitoring data. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment and recovery expectations. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures through ongoing education and adhere to strict infection control protocols. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an CVICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Critical thinking

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
