Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the CVICU, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in condition. Administer complex medications and operate advanced life support equipment while performing and interpreting hemodynamic monitoring. Document all interventions and communicate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care. Ensure patient safety by adhering to strict infection control protocols and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures through ongoing education. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an CVICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
