Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images of patients' bodies, preparing and positioning individuals for procedures while adhering to radiation safety standards. Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology, collaborate with radiologists for high-quality image interpretation, and perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Document patient information and imaging details accurately in hospital systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and hospital policies. Maintain patient records and follow compassionate care protocols throughout the imaging process. This 13-week travel assignment in Buffalo, Minnesota requires one year of recent CT experience, a valid Radiology license, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
