Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes, preparing and positioning patients while adhering to radiation safety standards. Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology, perform routine equipment maintenance, and document patient information accurately in the hospital system. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services, adapting to different CT equipment and protocols across various facilities.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ARRT Certification
- Other certifications and licenses
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
