Job Summary
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes. Prepare patients for procedures, explain the imaging process, and position them appropriately while adhering to radiation safety standards. Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy, maintain equipment, document patient information, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver timely diagnostic services. Adapt to different CT protocols across various healthcare facilities and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
