Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue. Prepare patients for procedures, position them for safety and accuracy, and set technical parameters to demonstrate specific anatomy. Collaborate with radiologists to obtain high-quality images for interpretation while adhering to radiation safety standards and hospital policies. Maintain equipment, document patient information and imaging details accurately, and perform routine troubleshooting. Adapt to different CT protocols across facilities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
