Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes, preparing and positioning patients while adhering to radiation safety standards. Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology, collaborate with radiologists for high-quality image interpretation, and perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Document patient information and imaging details accurately in the hospital system while adapting to various CT protocols across healthcare facilities. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ARRT Certification
- Other certifications and licenses
