Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes while preparing and positioning patients for procedures. Set appropriate technical parameters, adhere to radiation safety standards, and perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure proper functionality. Document patient information accurately, collaborate with radiologists for high-quality images, and adapt to different CT protocols across various healthcare facilities. This 13-week travel assignment in Southbridge, Massachusetts requires a valid Radiology license, one year of recent experience, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
