Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images of patients' bodies, preparing and positioning individuals for procedures while adhering to radiation safety standards. Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology, ensuring high-quality images for radiologist interpretation. Maintain equipment through routine maintenance and troubleshooting, document patient information accurately, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services. Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities, perform other duties as assigned, and provide compassionate care throughout the imaging process.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
