Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes, preparing and positioning patients while adhering to radiation safety standards. Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology, providing high-quality images to radiologists for interpretation. Maintain equipment, document patient information and imaging details accurately, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services. Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various facilities while performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
