Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes. Prepare patients for procedures, explain the imaging process, and position patients appropriately while adhering to radiation safety standards. Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy, maintain equipment, and document patient information in the hospital system. Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services and perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
