Job Summary
Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes, preparing and positioning patients while adhering to radiation safety standards. Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology, collaborate with radiologists for high-quality images, and perform routine equipment maintenance. Document patient information accurately in the hospital system and adapt to various protocols across facilities. This 13-week travel assignment in Maywood, Illinois requires a BLS-certified CT Technologist with one year of experience and a valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking
