Job Summary
Travel CT Tech provides CT imaging services across assigned shifts, operating CT and auxiliary equipment, preparing patients, and ensuring high-quality radiographic exams per departmental procedures. Responsibilities include positioning patients for radiographs, adjusting equipment for correct exposure, monitoring patient condition during procedures, obtaining informed consent when required, entering patient history data, labeling images accurately, maintaining documentation and film/ID labeling, and performing related duties as required while adhering to safety standards. The role requires graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology program, state licensure, ARRT certification, and at least one year of radiologic exam experience. The position involves travel to Staten Island and Richmond in New York, with on-site (in-person) work.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program
- New York State and/or Connecticut Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
- Minimum of one (1) year experience performing radiologic exams
