Job Summary
Correspond with clients via web, email, and phone to provide travel suggestions and handle inquiries professionally. Make arrangements for tours, air tickets, cruises, and hotels for customers and agencies while maintaining accurate reservation records. Develop the customer base by suggesting products that meet and exceed expectations, staying current on industry trends. Requires Japanese language proficiency, one year of travel industry experience, and GDS familiarity. Normal hours are 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with potential weekend or after-hours coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience within the travel industry
- Speaks, reads and writes Japanese language
- Long-term legal work authorization in the United States
- 1+ years of experience in the travel industry
- Long-term legal work authorization in the United States
- Possesses 1+ years of experience in the travel industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- May be required to work after normal business hours and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- GDS(such as Sabre, Amadeus etc.) experience
