Travel Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and manage the centralized corporate travel program, including arranging business travel and accommodations, resolving travel emergencies, and ensuring adherence to Travel Policy. Develop and monitor KPIs, analyze travel data, and support monthly cost reconciliation. Collaborate with the Travel Management Company to negotiate with suppliers, optimize travel costs, and implement cost-effective solutions. Requires customer-service focus, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment; hybrid office/remote work model in Calgary; 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday. Familiarity with Sabre and advanced Excel is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of travel agent experience in both agency and corporate settings
- Diploma or certificate in Travel, Business, Finance, or related field (asset)
- Experience with Sabre system is an asset
- Ability to compile and analyze monthly travel data
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
