Travel Contract RN - Registered Nurse (Telemetry)

Conduct patient care using the nursing process, assess learning needs, and implement teaching strategies for diverse patient populations. Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources as a leader on the interdisciplinary team while adapting communication styles to specific patient populations. Evaluate and promote change to achieve optimal outcomes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and accreditation standards. Maintain knowledge of current regulatory requirements and report any unethical behaviors or safety concerns immediately. Perform duties involving exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous medications within a patient care area. Work three 12-hour shifts with a requirement for a Registered Nurse license in California or Compact status, one year of experience, and current BLS certification.
