Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care to ensure safe patient outcomes for laboring patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate obstetric, neonatal, and postpartum services while maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Continuously assess patient status and respond promptly to emergencies, educating families on labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures. This 13-week assignment in Cary, North Carolina requires a current NC license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and at least one year of acute care experience. Earn competitive pay with premium rates 13% above market average, including paid housing, medical coverage, and flexible shift customization.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the state of North Carolina
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience in a high‐acuity setting
- Ability to work flexible multiple shifts
- Strong clinical judgment
- Effective team collaboration
- Proficiency in EMR documentation
