Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care to ensure safe patient outcomes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for obstetric, neonatal, and postpartum services. Continuously assess patient status, respond promptly to emergencies, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care procedures. Requires current North Carolina nursing license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and minimum one year of acute care experience. Earn competitive pay at 13% above market average with premium benefits, paid housing or stipends, and flexible multiple shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license in the state of North Carolina
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience in a high‐acuity setting
- Ability to work flexible multiple shifts
- Strong clinical judgment
- Effective team collaboration
- Proficiency in EMR documentation
