Job Summary
Provide high-quality labor and delivery nursing care to patients in a hospital setting while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress, and execute protocols and procedures in accordance with hospital policies and state regulations. Educate and support patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process. This 13-week assignment requires a valid NC RN license, BLS/ACLS/NRP certifications, and at least one year of recent L&D experience. Candidates must be flexible for multiple shifts, possess reliable transportation, and pass a background check. Premium pay includes weekly direct deposit at rates 13% above market average, with comprehensive insurance, 401(k) match, and paid housing or stipends available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
