Job Summary
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, monitoring vital signs, interpreting telemetry data, and responding promptly to irregularities or emergencies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans while documenting assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and certification requirements to ensure optimal patient safety and care quality. This 13-week assignment in or near Raleigh, North Carolina requires an active NC RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of telemetry experience, with availability to start within two weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of telemetry nursing experience
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts and adapt to different schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment
- Availability to start within 2 weeks
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS certification
