Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care in a high-acuity progressive care unit, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, document progress, and adjust protocols as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses to care initiatives. Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions, adhering to all safety standards and protocols. Adapt to various shift schedules, including days and nights, to meet the facility's staffing needs and ensure continuous coverage. This 13-week assignment in Raleigh, North Carolina, supports a team focused on cardiovascular, ICU, and trauma settings with premium pay rates 13% above market average.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree
- Active RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- At least 1 year of recent high‐acuity RN experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts
