Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies, performing comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and develop appropriate care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately while monitoring patient progress and documenting care provided in electronic health records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a valid nursing license in North Carolina, BLS and CPR certifications, and at least one year of Med/Surg experience within the last three years.
