Job Summary
Coordinate ICU patient care while adhering to hospital protocols, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to condition changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and document progress accurately in electronic medical records. Educate patients and families on post-ICU recovery processes. Maintain a clean electronic medical record and demonstrate proficiency with ICU equipment. Requires valid nursing degree, current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and minimum one year of ICU experience. Secure premium pay at 13% above market average with comprehensive insurance starting the first day. Includes paid housing or stipends, shift customization, and rapid interview turnaround. Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
