Job Summary
Create and complete travel arrangements for air, hotel, car, and rail for defense and government clients. Ensure reservations meet client standards while acting as a trusted advisor to offer insightful recommendations. Handle basic to moderately complex bookings involving non-standard itineraries, multi-destinations, ticket exchanges, and complex fares, raising intricate cases to experienced staff as needed. This role supports the U.S. Military and Government team at Amex GBT, located on-site at Quantico Marine Base, requiring a 30-40 minute drive from home.
Required Qualifications
- US citizen
- English fluent – written and spoken
- Basic MS Office
- Must be a US Citizen; authorization to work in the United States alone is not sufficient
- Employment is contingent upon the ability to meet government eligibility requirements, including the successful completion of both company and government background investigations, which may include a review of criminal history and credit records
- Must validate that you live within 30-40 minutes driving distance to Quantico Marine Base
