Job Summary

Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the Shareholder, family members, and key employees, coordinating visa applications and overseeing luxury experiences including private aviation and bespoke itineraries. Organize corporate and private events, arrange medical travel and health check-ups, and handle gift procurement for partners and staff. Liaise with external vendors to ensure service delivery while maintaining strict confidentiality. Provide 24/7 support during international travel and monitor logistics to ensure smooth execution. Maintain a calendar for meetings and appointments, overseeing special projects and ad hoc assignments on behalf of the Shareholder.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm, resilient, and effective under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required, including providing support during international travel
  • Willingness and availability to undertake occasional business travel
