Job Summary
Manage the entire tourist visa application process by collecting electronic documents, submitting online applications, and coordinating with embassies or consulates. Establish long-term client relationships through ongoing support, updates, and expert advice on visa-related matters. Communicate clearly to educate clients on timelines, requirements, and process steps while maintaining a sales-driven mindset to achieve targets. Proactively seek process improvements and stay current with changing visa regulations. Utilize digital tools for efficient document management and leverage technology to enhance service delivery. This role requires relocating to Sharjah, UAE, with a minimum of two years in visa consulting or related operations/sales/customer service.

- Minimum University Bachelors degree or higher
- Ability to re-locate to/work in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
- Fluent written & spoken English (at an advanced Level)
