Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; two- to four-year college degree preferred
- Two to five years of sales experience in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to pass comprehensive criminal background check
- Urine drug screening
- Strong closing skills and ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Available to work most Saturdays and some evenings
- Computer savvy; able to navigate multiple systems and web browsers; proficient with Microsoft Office; typing speed at least 30 WPM
- Able to develop long-standing relationships with members and build referrals
- Interest in travel; passion for travel and customer service
- Completion of Travel Consultant Trainee program requiring some travel for training
