Job Summary
Travel Consultant with a focus on selling international and domestic travel packages (cruises, land itineraries, air, car, hotel) to AAA members. Requires strong sales drive, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, ability to multitask, computer proficiency, and willingness to train. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, making tailored recommendations, cross-selling products (e.g., AAA Member Rewards Credit Card, identity theft referrals), and achieving sales goals. Training provided through The Auto Club University; opportunity for leadership growth based on demonstrated proficiency in sales, customer service, administration, operations, up-selling, cross-selling, and meeting targets. Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required, but a college degree is preferred
- ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- retail sales or banking experience preferred or leisure travel agency background
- availability to work Saturdays and some evenings
- ability to navigate multiple systems and web browsers, proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing 30 WPM
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
