Job Summary
Identify traveler goals, research destinations, hotels, resorts, and cruise itineraries, then assist clients in booking personalized vacations ranging from all-inclusive resorts to international adventures. Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and excursion reservations while reviewing itineraries and confirming booking details. Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms to support clients throughout the planning process and maintain organized records of interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence using online applications
- Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
