Job Summary
Responsible for creating and completing travel arrangements for moderately complex accounts including car, hotel, air, and rail. The role requires offering informed recommendations to enhance traveler experiences while resolving moderately complex travel issues. Qualifications include over 2 years of industry experience or strong customer service background, fluency in English, and proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Sabre. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years industry experience preferred
- English fluent – written and spoken
- Diligent to ensure high level of accuracy
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Skilled in GDS - Sabre preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 2nd language a plus
- Travel industry knowledge
- Good customer service background
