Job Summary
Sells international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car, and hotel. Shares expertise from personal experiences and develops long-standing relationships with members to build referral and repeat business. Makes tailored recommendations and cross-sells relevant products like AAA Member Rewards Credit Cards to enhance the trip experience. Requires availability for most Saturdays and some evenings to support goal achievement. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening, with a preference for candidates having at least two years of retail sales or banking experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check
- Ability to pass a thorough urine sample drug screening
- Availability to work most Saturdays and some evenings
- Computer savvy with the ability to navigate between multiple systems and web browsers
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Strong and very comfortable relationship with paperwork
- Ability to be organized
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of successful retail sales or banking experience
- Leisure travel agency background
