Travel Construction Superintendent

Job Summary
Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for ground-up retail and restaurant projects across Ohio and the United States. Liaise with developers, government officials, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while enforcing company safety requirements and ensuring quality standards are exceeded. Develop, update, and maintain project schedules, monitor compliance with plans and specifications, and determine workforce requirements for subcontractors. Generate project reporting from startup through closeout using Procore Construction Management Software. Establish and maintain a positive working environment with strong communication and leadership skills. This role requires extended travel and a minimum of 10 years of construction experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership ability with high professional and ethical standards
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Superior organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of construction industry best practices and building codes
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Project
- Must be able to travel (Extended Travel)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Procore Construction Management Software
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification and First Aid and CPR Training
