Coordinate individual care and advice for guests regarding special private arrangements, including short-term planning, organization, calculation, and purchase or sale of these arrangements. Manage independent and responsible correspondence with shore excursion agencies while actively supporting the Shore Excursion Manager in enforcing quality standards. Provide active presence in the guest area and host guests during outward and return flights, as well as on pre- and post-programs. Induct new team members within the framework of the position as Shore Excursion Consultant. Requires German as a mother tongue, English proficiency, and several years of experience on board cruise ships.
