Travel Commercial Superintendent

Manage relationships with strategic partners, corporate clients, and insurance brokers while identifying growth opportunities and building medium-to-long-term commercial plans. Lead commercial negotiations, structure solutions for distribution channels, and coordinate new product implementations ensuring alignment across internal areas. Act as the primary interface between clients and internal departments including Products, Underwriting, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Claims, and Marketing to ensure project evolution and deadline compliance. Govern project initiatives by monitoring schedules, risks, and action plans while managing key performance indicators, top line, bottom line, and P&L for accounts under your management. Develop business cases, performance analyses, and action plans based on data to drive sustainable growth and portfolio profitability. Lead executive meetings with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders while developing and leading the team to promote high performance, collaboration, and results focus.
