Job Summary
Travel CNA role providing high-quality patient care in hospice settings. Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, and dressing patients per the plan of care, observing patient conditions, reporting changes to the Case Manager, and documenting care provided. Plan and prepare nutritious meals as assigned; monitor vital signs when ordered; assist with mobility and positioning; and support families with clear communication in a professional environment. Must hold an active CNA license, have at least one year of CNA experience, and be able to travel across Worcester and Hampden Counties with a reliable insured vehicle. Required Qualifications
