Job Summary
Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant needed to support a 13-week travel assignment in Havana, IL. Responsibilities include assisting the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients' functional status and OT needs to enhance health, well-being and quality of life. Requires an Associate’s degree from an accredited COTA program, OT Aide licensure/certification in the state, and current BLS. Monday–Friday schedule with 40 hours/week; 8-hour shifts. Includes Day One Medical Benefits. Travel position with premium pay; pay rate reflected as weekly earnings. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Program
- Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification / Licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
