Job Summary
Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant contract role in Glendale, AZ. COTA with 2+ years of experience will support therapy care planning, communicate functional changes to the care team, provide equipment-use education related to safety, and document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record. Develop treatment plans aligned with clinician goals and patient needs. Assignment is 13 weeks long with 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, plus housing stipends and travel assistance.
