Job Summary
Travel Certified Nursing Assistant needed to facilitate consults in nursing homes on behalf of the medical team. Responsibilities include coordinating with facility contacts, following established schedules to ensure patients are seen and receiving appropriate care, performing duties to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring, and traveling to various facilities across different states as needed. Must assist providers using a tablet device and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to create a supportive environment.
