Job Summary
Retail General Manager responsible for overseeing high-volume Pilot Flying J travel center facilities, driving sales, managing teams, conducting staff development, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining vendor relationships, and performing P&L analysis. Leads staffing, interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching to achieve business plans, sales, and profit objectives while maintaining integrity and accountability across shifts (nights, days, weekends, holidays). Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
