Job Summary

Retail Assistant Manager for Pilot Flying J overseeing high-volume travel center and in-store operations. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing P&L, leading and developing teams, maintaining vendor relationships, staffing and training, inventory control, and delivering excellent customer service. Must conduct meetings with subordinates, ensure customer expectations are met, and drive performance to meet sales and profit objectives. Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
