Job Summary
Oversee high-volume retail travel center and restaurant operations; develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction targets. Lead and develop teams through staffing, interviews, hiring, and training; drive sales, manage inventory, and perform P&L analysis. Build and maintain vendor relationships, ensure excellent customer service, and foster a customer-focused culture while working a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
